单光镊、双光镊、多光镊以及矢量光束光镊、拉曼光镊技术研究及应用;介质颗粒及金属纳米颗粒的捕获、操纵、排列及力学性质及光谱特性测量;细胞、生物大分子的力学性质、光谱特性测量及光声成像。
