贾旭杰，中央民族大学理学院统计系教授，统计系系主任，长期从事系统可靠性分析、随机建模与优化理论的研究，在可靠性领域旗舰期刊和主流期刊发表论文四十余篇，主持了国家自然科学基金项目三项以及北京市社会科学基金、国家民委科研等项目，参与了国防科技工业技术基础科研项目、国家社会科学基金重大特别委托项目以及国家社科基金等。担任中国现场统计研究会可靠性工程分会常务理事、中国运筹学会可靠性分会常务理事、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会工业工程分会常务理事。2018年入选国家民委中青年英才计划人选，获得北京高校青年教师优秀社会成果一等奖。
